Absolute incompetence

The good news for all those antivaccination folks is that the ‘‘Vaccine Pass’’ has been sent out to over two million New Zealanders as an editable PDF.

This means that anyone, without even leaving the page sent to them, can change the name and date of birth on the pass, thus rendering the whole Covid pass exercise invalid.

You couldn’t make this stuff up, it’s absolute incompetence.
