English forward has revealed an ambition to play international football for the All Whites after committing his long-term future to Wellington

Phoenix for three years and will remain at the club for at least another three after signing a new deal through to the end of the 2024-25 A-League Men season. Ball is hoping to become eligible for New Zealand citizenship in 2024, which would allow him to switch nationality and represent the All Whites. He would be 34 by then but said he wanted to play into his late 30s. Ball is currently 32.
