Police notebook

■ No injuries were reported in a minor crash between a motorbike and a truck at Timaru’s port at 10am on Thursday.

■ There were no injuries reported, and minor damage to the vehicles following a crash between a truck and a car on Washdyke Flat Rd at 12.30pm on Thursday.

■ A man was arrested in Timaru on Thursday for breaching a protection order and assault. The man presented himself to police at 7pm.
